At LED SIGN BAZAR, we are committed to providing quality signage products and customized solutions to our customers throughout Bangladesh. Please read our Refund and Returns Policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Custom-Made Products

Many of our products, including LED sign boards, SS 3D letters, acrylic nameplates, neon signs, digital billboards, and customized signage, are made according to the customer’s approved design, specifications, dimensions, materials, and requirements.

Because these products are customized, they may not be eligible for return or refund simply because a customer changes their mind after design approval or production has started. This does not affect any rights you may have under applicable Bangladesh law.

2. Eligibility for Returns

A return or replacement request may be considered in the following situations:

  • The product arrives damaged due to transportation.
  • The delivered product is materially different from the approved design or order specifications.
  • The product has a manufacturing defect.
  • The wrong product or incorrect quantity is delivered.

Customers should contact us as soon as possible after receiving the product and provide their order details, photographs, and a description of the issue.

3. Non-Returnable Items

Unless required by applicable law, the following items may not be eligible for return:

  • Custom-designed or personalized signage made to customer specifications.
  • Products manufactured according to a design or proof approved by the customer.
  • Products damaged after delivery due to improper handling, installation, misuse, or unauthorized modification.
  • Products returned without prior communication or approval from our team.

4. Refund Policy

Refund requests will be reviewed individually based on the order details, production status, nature of the problem, and applicable law.

A refund may be considered when:

  • We cannot fulfill a confirmed order.
  • We approve a refund for a verified product defect or order discrepancy.
  • A refund is otherwise required under applicable law.

If a refund is approved, we will inform you of the amount and the expected processing method. The time required for the money to reach you may depend on your bank, mobile financial service provider, or payment method.

Any advance payment, design charge, production cost, or cancellation fee will be assessed according to the agreed order terms and applicable law.

5. Exchanges and Replacements

Where appropriate, LED SIGN BAZAR may offer a repair, replacement, or exchange for a product that is confirmed to have a manufacturing defect or a significant discrepancy from the approved order.

The appropriate solution will depend on the product, the reported issue, and applicable legal requirements.

6. Order Cancellation

Please contact us promptly if you wish to cancel an order.

Cancellation may be possible before design approval or production begins. Once customization, material purchasing, printing, fabrication, or production has started, cancellation may be restricted and costs may apply according to the agreed order terms and applicable law.

We will communicate any applicable charges before processing a cancellation where practicable.

7. Damaged or Incorrect Deliveries

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you notice visible damage, missing items, or an incorrect product, contact us promptly with:

  • Your name and order details.
  • A description of the problem.
  • Clear photographs or videos of the product and packaging, where available.

Please retain the original packaging until we have reviewed your request.

8. Return Process

To request a return, replacement, or refund:

  3. Submit supporting photographs or videos if requested.
  4. Wait for our team to review your request and provide instructions.

Please do not send a product back before receiving return instructions from our team.

9. Return Shipping Costs

Responsibility for return shipping costs will be determined according to the circumstances of the return, the agreed order terms, and applicable law. If an issue is confirmed to be our responsibility, we will advise you of the appropriate resolution.
