Shipping & Delivery Policy – LED SIGN BAZAR

At LED SIGN BAZAR, we aim to deliver your signage products safely and efficiently. This Shipping & Delivery Policy explains how orders are processed, prepared, dispatched, and delivered within Bangladesh.

1. Delivery Locations

LED SIGN BAZAR is based in Mirpur 10, Dhaka, Bangladesh. Delivery availability depends on the product, order size, destination, and transportation requirements.

We may arrange delivery within Dhaka and to other locations in Bangladesh, subject to confirmation when your order is placed.

2. Order Processing Time

Order processing begins after the order specifications, design approval, and required payment have been confirmed.

Processing times vary depending on product type, design complexity, order quantity, material availability, and customization requirements.

Custom-made products such as LED sign boards, digital displays, neon signage, stainless steel letters, acrylic signs, and nameplates may require additional production time.

We will communicate the estimated production and dispatch schedule when your order is confirmed.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

Delivery time depends on the destination, product dimensions, production schedule, and transportation method.

  • Dhaka: Delivery timing will be confirmed based on product readiness and the delivery location.
  • Outside Dhaka: Delivery timing depends on the selected transport or courier service and destination.
  • Large or customized signage: Special transportation arrangements may be required.

Any delivery timeframe provided is an estimate unless expressly confirmed otherwise. Delays may occur because of weather, transportation disruptions, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

4. Shipping Charges

Shipping and transportation charges depend on the order’s size, weight, packaging requirements, delivery location, and selected delivery method.

For large LED sign boards, digital billboards, stainless steel letters, and other oversized products, transportation costs may differ from standard parcel delivery.

Any applicable delivery charges will be communicated before the order is finalized.

5. Packaging and Product Safety

We take reasonable care when preparing signage products for transportation. Depending on the product, packaging may include protective wrapping, cushioning, cartons, or other suitable materials.

Customers should inspect their orders upon receipt. If a product arrives visibly damaged, please document the damage with photographs and contact us promptly.

6. Delivery Address and Contact Information

Customers must provide accurate delivery information, including:

  • Full name or business name
  • Contact phone number
  • Complete delivery address
  • District and area
  • Any special delivery or access instructions

Incorrect or incomplete information may cause delivery delays or additional transportation charges.

7. Delivery of Large Signboards and Installation

Large LED signboards, digital displays, ACP signage, and stainless steel letter installations may require specialized transportation or handling.

Delivery does not automatically include installation unless installation is specifically included in the quotation or order confirmation.

Customers should confirm any requirements for unloading, lifting equipment, electrical connections, site access, or installation before placing an order.

8. Delivery Inspection and Damaged Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If you discover visible damage, missing components, or an item that differs materially from the confirmed order specifications, contact us as soon as reasonably possible.

Please provide your order details, a description of the issue, and supporting photographs where available. We will review the matter and discuss an appropriate resolution under our applicable policies and Bangladesh law.

9. Delayed, Failed, or Returned Deliveries

Delivery may be delayed or unsuccessful because of incorrect addresses, unavailable recipients, access restrictions, transportation problems, or other unforeseen circumstances.

If a delivery cannot be completed, we will work with the customer to determine the next steps. Additional delivery or re-delivery charges may apply where appropriate and will be communicated to the customer.

10. Order Cancellation and Delivery Changes

Requests to change a delivery address, delivery date, or other order details should be submitted as early as possible.

Once a product has entered production or has been dispatched, changes or cancellations may not be possible without additional costs. Customized orders are subject to the applicable cancellation and refund terms.
