Many of our products are made to order and customized according to customer requirements, including dimensions, materials, colors, lettering, lighting, and design.

Product images displayed on our website are provided for reference. The final product may vary slightly in color, finish, dimensions, or appearance due to materials, screen settings, and manufacturing processes.

Customers are responsible for checking and approving spelling, measurements, logos, artwork, and other specifications before production begins.

3. Pricing and Quotations

Product prices may vary depending on size, materials, design complexity, lighting requirements, installation needs, and order quantity.

Any quotation provided by LED SIGN BAZAR will specify the applicable price and relevant terms. Prices and quotations remain subject to confirmation before an order is accepted.

Additional charges may apply for delivery, installation, transportation, design changes, or other services where applicable. These charges will be communicated to the customer before confirmation.

4. Order Confirmation and Payment

Orders are confirmed after the required specifications, pricing, production timeline, and applicable payment terms have been agreed upon.

For customized products, an advance payment may be required before production begins. The amount, payment schedule, and outstanding balance will be communicated to the customer during order confirmation.

Production will begin after the required approvals and payments have been completed.

5. Design Approval and Changes

Customers should carefully review all designs, layouts, dimensions, colors, text, and logos before approving production.

Once production begins, changes or cancellations may not be possible without additional costs. Any approved changes may affect the final price and delivery schedule.

LED SIGN BAZAR is not responsible for errors in customer-approved artwork, spelling, measurements, or specifications supplied or confirmed by the customer.

6. Production and Delivery

Estimated production and delivery times will be communicated during order confirmation. Timelines may vary depending on product complexity, material availability, order volume, transportation, and other circumstances.

We will make reasonable efforts to meet the agreed schedule but cannot guarantee delivery dates where delays are caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Customers should provide accurate contact information and delivery details to help ensure successful order fulfillment.

7. Installation Services

Installation services are available only where agreed upon as part of the order.

Customers must ensure that the installation location is accessible and suitable for the agreed signage. Any necessary electrical connections, structural supports, permissions, or site preparation should be discussed before installation.

Additional charges may apply for installation, electrical work, lifting equipment, transportation, or site preparation if these are not included in the original quotation.

8. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

Customized products are manufactured according to individual customer specifications. Therefore, returns or cancellations may be restricted once production has started.

If a product arrives damaged, has a manufacturing defect, or materially differs from the confirmed specifications, please contact us promptly with your order details and supporting photographs.

Each case will be reviewed according to the agreed order terms and applicable Bangladesh law. Where a refund, replacement, repair, or other remedy is appropriate, we will communicate the available solution.

Nothing in this policy is intended to exclude any consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

9. Warranty and After-Sales Support

Any warranty coverage, duration, and exclusions will be specified in the applicable quotation, invoice, or warranty documentation.

Customers agree to provide accurate order details, contact information, design specifications, and delivery information.

Customers must review quotations and design proofs carefully and obtain any necessary permissions for signage installation, advertising displays, or use of third-party trademarks.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, LED SIGN BAZAR will not be responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our website or products.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes liability where such exclusion is prohibited by law, including any applicable consumer protection rights.
